Managing Director of Hi-Tech, Brian Vibert, has over 35 years experience in the building and design of Manufactured Homes. Hi-Tech Homes specialises in manufactured homes, whether it's a granny flat, dual occupancy home, cabin, site office or something altogether different.
Your home is manufactured off-site, inside our 4500-square-metre factory–which means you don’t ever have to worry about weather delays. Once construction is complete, your home is installed on your land. Hi-Tech Homes provides a complete start-to-finish project, including free site inspection, council submission and our Plumbing and Electrical contractors can quote you for on-site connection of services.
All our homes come with a six-year home owner's warranty and 12-month appliance guarantee.

Did you know?
- All Hi-Tech Homes are constructed on a Galvanised Steel Chasis with Galvanised Steel Joists @ 450mm centres, comprising of 200mm x 75mm Galvanised Lipped Channel.
- Each home is erected on a tongue and groove termite treated particle board flooring. The frames and roof trusses are also termite treated timber.
- All Hi-Tech Homes have a stringent insulation criteria. Walls have a rating of R3.50, Celings rate R2.50 and Roof insulation comes with sisalation foil, rating R1.50.
- Hi-Tech Homes Transport division is able to keep the entire installation procedure under its own experienced supervision.
