By dealing direct with the manufacturer, we are able to offer outstanding value, complete customer satisfaction and the ability to view the progress of your addition at every stage and inspect the addition before delivery to your premises.
EXTECH Construction can arrange a complete start to finish project, including free site inspection, Council approval and on-site connection of services.
Your 1st floor addition is manufactured in a 2000 square metre factory, you don’t ever have to worry about delays due to inclement weather and our on-site work will partially disrupt your day to day living for only a few days.
All additions come with a guarantee for the external finish, six year structural guarantee and 12 months appliance guarantee.
